Naruto: REBIRTH [The Untold Chronicles]

This RP actually runs parallel with the Naruto Anime Timeline, following what actually happens in it, but completely different characters running their own story. Basically, the characters in the actual Naruto series are starting out as Genin, and will have just graduated from the Academy. I think most of you should know how it works. Small recap: Running along the Naruto Anime timeline, but with our own story, however the events in the Anime itself will effect the characters as well as the story. This space will be updated every now and then to show where Naruto and the others would be while we're doing our own thing, but will also tell of the RPers here, and what they've been up to, so make sure to check back here every once in a while if you're lost.

Rules: (Don't worry, I'm not as harsh as I'm making myself sound =P)

1. No godmodding (hell no, or you'll go)

2. No power-playing (consent is a must)


7. No Spamming or Onelining (you'll be kicked on the spot)

8. Be literate if thats not too much to ask. Also your opinions are welcome.

10. No Machine Gun Posting (double posting)

11. All academy Jutsu is pretaught and isn't necessary to be included in templates.

13. Activity is a must, DO NOTjoin if your not going to put forth a commitment, if your going to be gone give a heads up so your spot will remain valid.

15. Their will be a speed system so you will know your limitations and how to increase them. (see below)


Jutsu System:

-Jutsu can/will be taught to you by your sensei.

-Sharingan users, (Copied) should be beside acquired/ripped jutsu in your temps.

-For each shinobi defeated by your character, you will be closer to being capable of doing more jutsu (sort of like exp)
-Genin: For every 3 shinboi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.
-Chuunin: For every 5 shinobi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.
-Jounin: For every 7 shinobi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.

-Kekkei Genkai possiblities range from Dojutsu and mixed Chakra Elements (There are more possiblities)
-Hyoton = Water and Air
-Moukuton=Earth and Water (Like what the Shodaime and Yamato do to make plants and trees)

-Sub-jutsu will be incorporated. This is basically altering the nature of a jutsu and changing it into something else. (Like Kakashi's chidori revamped into Raikiri and Naruto's new rasengan). So if you have a new jutsu made from a previous one, it won't be counted as against you.

-Let me explain the strengths and weaknesses of elemental jutsu.
*Water > Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water etc. If you happen to go against an opponent with the advantage, don't act as though you can easily brush it off. (A sample, the chidori vs rasengan clash, the rasengan would have the advantage at this point in time anyway.)

-The use of ninjutsu and taijutsu in combat (against another rp'er) requires that you unleash your attack and wait for a reaction from the other before doing anything else.

-Its possible to have jutsu that do not go with your chakra elements, but it takes much more chakra to use them and ultimately the results vary upon the skill alone of the user (Ex: I use sand jutsu and the control isnt that great. Gaara's natural earth and wind element result in his superb sand control in combo with Shukaku.)

-Those of you with common kekkai genkai such as sharingan or byakugan, do your best to elaborate with your background in your bio's as well for better clarity. (It took me some time to do this, but it clicks lol.)

-The speed at which jutsu can be performed must is limitted to two consecutive jutsu at any given time. Whether your genin or s-rank missing-nin, it is not possible to do more than two consecutive jutsu without atleast a moment to catch wind for a third jutsu. Do not violate this principle.

-Jutsu developed by any clan should really only be accessible by them alone, so no attempts to cover this up.

Speed System:

1. Yondaime = Reverse Summoning (300 enemies slain in the blink of an eye speed, possibly exaggerated, but in the previous war with the leaf and rock village...yeah. It was all him o_o.)

2A. (3/4 Yon's speed) = Warp/Particle shifting apart

2B. Hakumei (3/5 Yon's speed) = semi Warp/Particle shift

3A. (normal speed)/Lightning speed jutsu (1/2 Yon's speed) = Phasing and slight particle shift (faster than a normal Shunshin)

3B. The 8 Gates (1/3 Yon's speed)

4. Renge/Chidori required thrust speed (1/4 Yon's speed)

5. Alternate Speed enhancement (1/5 Yon's speed)

6. Normal speed (All levels average run/dash etc.)

Its not wise to question the system, im just making a distinction ~_^

The Team Layout

1. Your not required to have a team, but if so we go by the systematic three man squads and jounin leader
2. Its urged to have atleast ninja in a three man squad for the tougher battles (your going to be screwed if your not prepared, just a warning)
3. This is also a chance to familiarize yourself with other RP'ers and their differing styles
4. Teams DO NOT consist of NPC characters, but ones submitted in templates. However, if you wish to CREATE more than one character, that is fine as long as you can handle it.

**NOTE** Also, make sure your jutsu matches up with your character and their abilities and rank. For example, the only reason Naruto is able to do such powerful Jutsu, such as summoning and multi-shadow clone is because of the Kyuubi (Nine-Tailed Fox). So unless you have a Tailed-Beast, most Genin will not have many over-powered Jutsu.(Unless it somehow corresponds to their Kekkai Genkai)

Name: Kuro

Age: 14

Personality: Kuro is quiet, very well mannered, and shy, she focus very much on her work and is a great student who excels in her studys. She is smart and a quick thinker always finding good solutions for when she's stuck in a jam. She comes off as a very non- social person and many don't like her, but all this is because of the fact that she's very shy and also very studious, but at heart Kuro loves to hang out with people though she usually doesn't smile. She has a weak spot for cute things that chances are will make her break out of her stereotypical character, and when she gets angry at her brother on occasions she will do the same.

Appearance: Kuro is about 5 foot 7 and has long blue bangs but the back of her head the hair is cut short. She has golden eyes and is usually wearing black and gold. A black tube top attached to many fishnets and gloves. She wears a kimono like sash around her waist that is gold and has a chinese dress resembling skirt with slits for the legs to have room to move with ease. This is black with a gold border. She wears these black ninja sandals that her mother had designed for her and her brother.

A bloodline trait only for members of the Tsukikado clan. He craves to go and wander out around the world, away from his duties and away from other people, but he knows what could happen to him if he did this.
