In Tokyo, an impenetrable field known as "Hell's Gate" appeared ten years ago. At the same time, psychics who wield paranormal powers at the cost of their conscience also emerged. Where did the Hell gate come from, why has it come, why is there sky change. These are questions that the people of Tokyo ask them self. They also ask why we have Dolls with their powers of surveillance and they are emotionless, why Moratorium's they use their powers without being aware, shifting into a Doll like state of unconsciousness. But mainly they ask them selfs about the Contractors, People who gained superhuman abilities, but lost most of their human emotions after the appearance of Hell's Gate. They must pay a price, in an act called remuneration, in exchange for use of their powers. This obeisance may vary greatly, such as Breaking one`s own fingers,humming a song,eating flowers or arranging some little stones in a square shape. Each Contractor's ability and obeisance are different. They are remarked to be cold, and rely on apathetic reason and logic to make decisions.

Heavens Gate where the third world war took place, contractor vs contractor, soldiers vs contracter. In south America many contractors died during the war there, many of the false stars fell from the sky. This is where your story begins, during the conflicts of the Heavens gate a number of people where gathering to deal the final blow against the opposing forces, but they stopped as Heavens Gate was destroyed.

After the destruction of Heavens Gate conflict seems to move to Tokyo though it is in the shadows this war was fought, but what destroyed the gate is the same going to happen to the Hell gate.




OK you have a few character choices to choose from,

First is Human, yip plain old boring human, there are a lot of downfalls to a human, 1 is that they can't see surveillance specters from Dolls and you can kind of guess the rest (No Powers). Though there are government agent that work on hunting down Contractors Dolls and Moratoriums, for they deny the existence of them and whip the mind of anyone that comes in contact with them

Second is Dolls, Dolls are emotionless beings, each unique for having there own way of view things, examples are water, by touching water they can see anything close to water. Dolls have no remuneration for using there powers and mainly help Contractors or other agents

Third is Moratoriums, ok these people appear to have the powers of Contractor but with no obeisance, though they can't use there powers and in many case are unaware of there power. These are consider more dangerous than Contractors due to there inability to control there powers. It is also said that there is a near zero percent chance of a Moratorium becoming a Contractor.

Fourth is Contractors, these being have powers granted or cursed on them from the appearance of Heaven and Hells gates, Every contractor has a designation that is give to them from the sky of Tokyo and the Hell gate, when a star falls so does a contractor. Thought they have powers they also have to pay for them, this is there Remuneration, along with every contractors powers being unique so is there remuneration, whether it is self harm, eat a flower or arranging things they seem to have no connection with there powers. It is possible to fully pay off your contract but often and a great price.

Five is Regressors, these are Contractors that have lost there powers for a flicker of hope for a normal life.

Right the first part of the story will take place during the war in Heavens gate right up until it got destroyed, then we shift things into the streets of Tokyo ok.
