Sacred Loss

In a time of peace and harmony amongst the four kingdoms governing the world, a most disturbing occurrence has come to pass. Four sacred artifacts, one from each empire, has gone missing without a trace. Blames are placed upon each other and the kingdoms are on the brink of war. Who is really responsible?
Each kingdom has sent a strong fighter and representative to find and recover the sacred artifact of their kingdom. Each of these individuals, however, also holds control over powerful creatures.
